Beckett: Born weighing 9 pounds, 5 ounces. Here at 7 weeks old, he weighs 12 pounds, 3 ounces. Gained a respectable almost 3 pounds.
Taylor: Born weighing 7 pounds, 8 ounces. Here at 7 weeks old, she weighed 13 pounds, 5 ounces. Gained an astonishing nearly 6 pounds!! Hmmmm.........which of these monkeys enjoyed the breast milk more?? Taylor today: a string bean STILL weighing only 29 pounds (has for months and months) at nearly 3 years old. Who knew?
Great photos--I never saw that early one of Taylor--wow, she has changed! I thought it was Beckett Bear at first. But she definitely liked the milk bar. Glad they are both healthy! And thanks for the post.

Wow that's amazing. What a comparison! TG looks like a line-backer in that picture. Hilarious, given how petite she is now at 3 years. The pics also show that they both inherited the same beautiful full lips.
ReplyDeleteSo true on the big lucious lips. The other thing I noticed is how TG is really staring at the camera and trying to figure on what they're doing behind the camera. Beckett is not in the least concerned that there's a camera in his face! You sure can tell they're siblings, can't wait till they're older and the similarity is even more pronounced. You know the old "Oh, you sure can tell you're related!"
ReplyDeleteI wrote a second comment last week and guess it never got posted--it's about your two beauties' lips! I was pondering what side of the family they might be from--Jensen side? Martinek/Hartl side? Duggan side? I add Martinek/Hartl in there because if I remember correctly my grandma Hartl (your great-) had nice full lips for as long as I can remember. Any ideas from any of you guys?
