Betcha didn't know a belly could get so big, huh?? AND I still have over 2 weeks to go!! The top picture is the day I got my henna tattoo from an old co-worker who hadn't ever done a pregnant belly and offered to do it for free! It's really dark because that's the actual ink being applied. Later that day, you scrape off the ink, and then it actually takes a couple of days for the dye to really settle. The middle picture is just to show how big I am.......which is why the other day Taylor pulled up my shirt and said, "Whoa, Mama!! Your tummy is getting too big! It's always hanging out of your shirts." Oh, and the last picture was taken because Taylor wanted to show how "huge" her tummy was, too. :)
Whoa, Mama! Two plus weeks to go--well, you're definitely having a healthy pregnancy! I have seen a larger belly but it was a woman carrying twins. ;-) I'll never forgot her voracious appetite during her pregnancy--eating for 3. Pre-preg she was athletic and fit and tried to keep up some of her exercising, but then I'd see her lunch from the college's cafeteria and I couldn't believe one person was going to eat all of that! You look great, Carrie! And so sweet of your former co-worker to make your belly a work of art! And Taylor hitching up her shirt to show of her "huge" belly--that's one for the books! Are you larger with Junior Pants than you were with Taylor Bug? Alo!!

ReplyDeleteI love the sequence of pictures ending with Tay showing her belly too! That is so precious. I love the henna tatto cause it gives the pregnant belly something cool about it rather than just "huge."
ReplyDeleteThat really is the coolest belly I've ever seen. It looks amazing, and it's eye-popping in person, too. And Taylor is so cute I want to eat her up. And those undies! So stinkin' CUTE.

That is so cool. She did a great job. I'm with Sandy too, I can't believe you're still pregnant. Well, this may be the last, right? Maybe JuniorPants is just ensuring his status as the baby of the family by making it so that you don't even think about having another.
