Well, I was struggling to figure out what to post since with me working and TG having an ear infection, we haven't really had many photo op-worthy days lately; HOWEVER, after seeing Sasha's blog pics of playing in the leaves, I remembered we had a similar day last month so I thought it was a cute way to show the universal love of leaf piles!!! Hope you don't mind me stealing your idea, Sandy!

Adorable pics! Is this your front or backyard? That fire ring looks cool (so to speak). Did you all make s'mores?
ReplyDeleteThanks Mollie! Yeah, this is our backyard---you can imagine how fun it is to rake every year!! Good idea on the s'mores---I think that will be on the agenda this weekend for her birthday while my parents and Wendy are over!! Well, I guess it depends on the weather, but so far it's been really mild :)
ReplyDeleteWow, you live in a beautiful place, even though I know you want to move since you have a young child (& you're far away from Starbucks. ;-)) But you should at least live there long enough until Bug is old enough to rake the leaves for you!! Ha ha!
ReplyDeleteHave a great birthday celebration and I'll keep my fingers crossed for mild weather for you this weekend.
There's just something about leaves and kids, isn't there? They always look so happy. Well, Taylor looks happy ALL the time cause she has a great life with her mom being so nice to her! She's a lucky kid!
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures. It's true that a big pile of leaves has universal appeal (and I still appreciate it even though I'm also worried about dog poo lurking in the leaves).
ReplyDeleteTaylor is such a smiley little bug! I can't wait to see her. Oh, yeah, and the rest of you.
Such fun. And so far she doesn't even have to share with any siblings (although I'm not sure if that makes it better or worse).
