These pictures are proof of the fickleness of toddlers. A month ago she would have a near-panic attack at even the sight of sand; now, she's building sand castles on a sand bar on the Wisconsin River. Who knew?
I can't believe she loves sand so much! You did a good job of slowly introducing sand to her when she hated it. Remember you just left the sand in that container for a while and just let her know it was there. You must have learned that in teachers college.
Awesome! Now she can visit us in New York and we can all go to the ocean.
